CEO Felix Milburn grew up in the Broadway East neighborhood of Baltimore City, Maryland. As a youth living in Baltimore City in the 90s vast pockets of poverty immersed the city.
After graduating with undergraduate and graduate degrees in 2000, Felix returned to Baltimore City with a goal to develop high quality home from low to moderate income families. The key to a successful life is a stable home, and to ensure low to moderate income families have a stable home rent has to be aligned with low to moderate income.
